Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using BitTool.ai (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The service

BitTool.ai is an AI-powered blockchain intelligence and research platform. The Service produces automated analysis of publicly available on-chain data and other sources. Output is generated by artificial intelligence and is provided for informational and research purposes only.

3. No financial advice

Nothing produced by the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. On-chain analysis can be incomplete or incorrect. You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on the Service's output.

4. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep access to your sign-in email or identity provider secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or abuse the Service.

5. Credits, subscriptions and payments

• Usage is measured in credits. Daily and monthly allowances reset on their cycle and do not accumulate; purchased top-up credits do not expire.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: misuse, probe, or disrupt the Service; attempt to access other users' data; use the Service to violate any law; or resell the Service without permission. Uploaded files must not contain unlawful content or content you have no right to use.

7. Intellectual property

You retain rights to the content you submit. You own the reports and results generated for you, subject to third-party data providers' terms. The Service, including its software, design and branding, remains the property of BitTool.ai.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BitTool.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses resulting from reliance on Service output. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the product. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
